For any woman struggling with the transition from postnatal (if you had babies) to peri- and post-menopause.

This can be a very confusing time for many women, so much going on in life and the feeling that just as you’re beginning to settle into your body, suddenly the rug is pulled from under you and you don’t recognise yourself any longer.

What worked in your diet doesn’t now

The movement choices you made in your 20s feel like they’re working against you.

You might start having pelvic floor problems, frozen shoulder or knee pain.

Your anxiety and sleep are all over the place

And you feel a deep rage and frustration with life and loved ones.

What on earth is going on!

Is it time to give up and take it easy?

No Way! It’s a time of change and we need to find a new level of resilience to roll with it and grow through this phase.

I can help you with that.

I work with 5 pillars of health and wellbeing so that we can work on making small, manageable changes to benefit you overall and help you feel more in control:

1) Pelvic Floor / Pain Issues / Strength - we create a picture of what’s going on and as a pelvic floor expert you are in good hands to finally make a real change to your future. This is where an effective movement practice that suits you as an individual comes in.

2) Sleep - surely the key to absolutely everything and something that can become so much harder to keep hold of as we progress through this transition

3) Nutrition - what worked for us 10 years ago doesn’t work now and that can be very frustrating for many women. So what you eat, when and what you drink all need to change in manageable and effective ways for lifelong health.

4) Mental Health, Anxiety and other struggles - I chose to train as an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy coach because all my clients with pelvic floor issues also struggled with anxiety and stress, we can’t separate what’s going on in our bodies from what’s going on in our minds.

5) Pharma + Supplement support - if you need support with HRT I can direct you towards the best women’s health trained GPs or Functional Medicine practitioners for supplement support.
