An Intuitive Way to Sleep

In the 2nd of my articles for Ancient + Brave’s journal during their Intuitive Wellness month, I wrote about sleep. By far one of the most heavily discussed and dissected topics in wellbeing. Women in the postnatal to perimenopause phase face a multitude of challenges both from external factors as well as hormonal and wellbeing issues. Many of us may need to re-learn ways to help ourselves nod off without resorting to extreme measures and in this article I go through some gentle ways to intuitively tap into our natural sleep patterns.
